Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without providing a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

Secure Packaging

All products are packaged using specialized boxes for transporting fragile materials, ensuring maximum protection during shipment.

Return Conditions

• The product must be returned intact, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Returns of opened or damaged products due to improper use will not be accepted.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defects or errors attributable to Liquorificio Palènt.

Return Procedure

2. Once the request is approved, detailed instructions for return shipping will be provided.

3. The customer must ship the product using a trackable service to ensure correct return processing.

Refund

After receiving and verifying the integrity of the returned product, the refund will be processed within 14 business days using the same payment method as the original purchase.
