Our Story
Palènt: THE AMARO THAT TELLS A STORY
Liquorificio Palènt was founded in the early 2000s by Matteo Laugero, who started artisanal liqueur production in the Maira Valley using organic methods. After his passing, the company was acquired by La Cantina Srl, a family-run business already active in distributing quality beverages. The new management maintained the original philosophy: small artisanal productions with high-quality ingredients and cold maceration. In addition to classic Genepy, Achillea, Amaro, and Gin Gadir, Palènt introduced Gin Maira, dedicated to its valley, and L’Altro!, a lighter and innovative Genepy. The company continues its tradition, combining passion, territory, and quality.
